I retired and moved to Rosarito Beach Mexico in 2015 after over thirty years as a Police Officer in The United States. I am very blessed to have the ability to own property here and enjoy the area. After considering many places for retirement I chose. To move to Rosarito where I found all the things I love and dreamed of. Outstanding restaurants, amazing sunsets, culture, entertainment, and friendly people. Rosarito has all the benefits of Mexico living while being close enough to California to enjoy the conveniences of the U.S on an affordable budget. I look forward to showing you all the amazing things I have found and helped you find your dreams too.

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and have traveled to many parts of Mexico. I truly believe Rosarito is a great area of Mexico which draws tourism and many Americans to retirement while maintaining its quaint beach town attraction.

Scott y Cinthya Weier have been helping people with their buying and selling of homes, condos and land for 10 years. Both were previously always in sales and have about 70 years of experience between them. While Scott is an obvious transplant for the US namely Iowa. Cinthya was born and raised here in Rosarito and is well connected because of it.

Although most of the business is conducted by Scott, Cinthya is an added presence when needed, either because of language of Spanish, or just her connections in the government. As with all the agents here at Baja MX Living, Scott y Cinthya got their start at Baja123, but quickly went solo. They have worked with many high end and famous clients from pro football players, to golfers, ESPN commentators and had the privilege of being the ones to help Charlie Sheen buy and resell his Rosarito properties. We easily feel comfortable working with anyone. At this point in life they want to slow down a bit without getting out of the business, so the partnership with Darrell and Faby made sense.
